Interregional seminars
Regional recommendations

     The first meeting of the two working groups, which took place on October 18-20, 2000 and on October 25-27, 2000, respectively allowed to precisely identify the priority subjects to be studied by the working groups.
       Temporary recommendations have been combined to build up eight broader topics (eight inter-regional seminars):

• Registration, licensing and liquidation of companies;
• State liability;
• Competition Law;
• Court proceedings against administrative acts;
• Settlement of disputes involving small economic operators;
• Administrative decision-making;
• State Support to Small Entrepreneurship;
• Taxation of SEO.
