Dissemination meeting held in Baikal University in February 2010. In the meeting took part participants of the project such as Head of Territorial Department of Irkutsk Regional Administration Alexander Osipov, managers of the project, associated professors of Baikal University, Elena Bakhtairova and Natalia Shcherbakova and visitors from Tomsk region of Russian Federation: consultant on  the development of local government department to work with municipalities Tomsk Oblast Administration Marina Snezhkova and consultant of Committee for Cooperation with the municipal department for work with municipalities Tomsk Oblast Administration Irina Dolgikh.

Results of the project have been presented during the meeting. Participants told about the further education of municipal servants in general and mainly about using of vocational distance-learning training system for municipal servants from distant municipalities.
