At the conference of Association of Municipalities of the Irkutsk Region was held the dissemination seminar. The Conference was attended by professionals from municipalities of the Irkutsk Region, responsible for training and retraining of municipal employees. At dissemination seminar were presented the results of the project that allowed the dissemination of knowledge received by professors from Baikal University during the project.
