Dissemination seminar was held at the conference on the Faculty of Management in Vyatka State Humanitarian University, Russia. Professors from Baikal University who were trained in EU University during the project prepared and delivered report on Estimate the Human Capacity of municipal Servants in Irkutsk Region.
