The face-to-face training for 17 municipal servants has been delivered in June 2009 by Russian trainers who were trained in EU Universities/Institutions.

Intensive training courses for 17 municipal servants from distant Siberian municipal administrations delivered by EU trainers and Russian trainers who were trained in EU Universities/Institutions have been carried out. This kind of training is aimed at testing newly developed training courses and getting a feed-back from trainees. Training courses was delivered in Faculty of Public Administration of Baikal State University of Economics and Law, Irkutsk, Russia.
