of the visit to the Baikal State University of Economics and Law (Irkutsk, Russia) and Administration of Irkutsk region (Russia) of Michel Carmona, Jean Girardon, lecturers of Institut d’Urbanisme et d’Amenagement de la Sorbonne (Institute for Town and Regional Planning of La Sorbonne University)

The main object of the visit to the Baikal State University of  Economics and Law (Irkutsk, Russia) was supervising the quality of Russian trainers’ work.
The main object of the visit to Administration of Irkutsk region (Russia) was delivering intensive face-to-face training courses for 25 municipal servants. 
Topics of intensive face-to-face training courses were as follow:

• Strategic Planning of Territorial Development (Michel Carmona)
• Municipal management (Jean Girardon)

The meetings and discussions were held in Shelehov municipal district.

French trainers are delivering intensive face-to-face training courses to municipal servants of Shelehov municipal district.
